I am having trouble getting the quotation marks to appear on the testimonials section of our site. Where quotation marks should appear, I am only seeing the outline of a rectangle.
What can I do to solve this?

The file with icons is not found. Do you have files icomoon.ttf and icomoon.woff in directory wp-content/themes/case/css/fonts?
The files are in the following directory: wp-content/themes/case/font. The font-icomoon.css is the only file pertaining to the icons in the directory: wp-content/themes/case/css.

I’ve verified the details for FTP and everything is correct. We’ve also signed in with the same information ourselves. Not sure what else we can do.
Maybe users from some countries can’t login to your ftp. I used both FileZilla and Total Commender.
Could you check this issue? Your hosting company can help you.
Still working to solve this issue. Are you using SFTP? We will check to see if there is a firewall rule in place to block foreign countries.
