Loading Problem

I have different problem for the loading:
– my blog didn’t charge at all it is was working before I didn’t change anything now that didn’t charge anymore.
– my website is low, I contact my hosting as you tall me they transfer me to a website https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.laureencouture.com/ojnK3Gmv
and this website give me 3 big problem of my website http://prntscr.com/8zsprb
so how can I integrate javascript .. can you help me this this.
If not I have to take a contract for ilimited professional for webmaster who have a lot of website what didn’t have any sense just for one website…

and I try to delete pluing can you tell me what is the use of those plygin to see if I can delete them:

I am sorry but I can’t help you with scripts. In order to opimize scripts it is necessary to rewrite them. It is not easy. You can try plugins for caching. It can help with loading speed.
As to plugins, Advanced Custom Fields, GoGetThemes Сore Post Types & Shortcodes, LayerSlider WP, Post Types Order, Revolution Slider are required plugins. I do not recommend you to delete theme. Theme can stop working. Our theme does not use other plugins you listed.

Regenerate Thumbnails is required plugin too. You can delete others.
