Theme “Exploded”

Hello GoGetThemes people,

I have a problem with my website: it’s not working anymore:
press http://italyherewe.com
The only thing you see is code, al lot of code and nothing works anymore.
I even couldn’t login the wordpress way
by ftp I changed the Oceanplazatheme-name and then I could log in the normal way.

When selecting an other theme the site is working when selecting OP-theme nothing works.

I tried deleting plugins but no result
I re-installed the theme, I couldn’t login anymore

I really don’t know what to do, can you help me?

I checked site. This is not problem of theme. Theme for scratch also have this problem.
I see in console Error 500.
I think, problem with DataBase. In any case you should contact support of hosting provider.

I already got access to ftp. I uploaded clear theme to directory oceanplaza(directory of your original theme is oceanplaza_2.2). I also get 500 error in console.
Also I tried download your theme to my server, and it work without problems.
Problem with data which requesting of theme, these data or not exist or access disabled to data.

unfortunately I don’t have sufficient computer knowledge but its getting annoying: my hosting provider tells me the problem is the theme and GoGetThemes tells me the problem is at my hosting provider. Help!
The last reaction of my provider is:
error 500 is not the issue the theme don’t work, in wordpress you should get a errorpage, its indicating a missing page.
Can you be more specific in your quote “Problem with data which requesting of theme, these data or not exist or access disabled to data.”
Please give me as specific information as you can to get back to the provider.
Another reaction of the provider: the theme that works on my website uses the same database as the Oceanplaza theme, so there can’t be anything wrong with the database.

I only tell you what people tell me I can’t judge the statements, but my site still doesn’t work.
